He did his post graduate training at Jersey shore Medical Center, rotating internship in Neptune, NJ from 1992 to 1993. in Biology in 1987 and Rutgers Medical School on 1992. He volunteers at the Sulzbacher Center for the Homeless, is the proud father of three. He has practiced in Jacksonville since 1981, providing comprehensive eye care to both adults and children. Allee graduated from from Gettysburg College with a B.A. Schwartz is Board Certified by the State of Florida and is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Florida Optometric Association.
